For help with Chess.one — the website or the iPhone and Android apps — contact our support team by email. Include your username, the app version if you know it, your device model, the operating system version and a short description of the issue.

Memberships

A membership bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple, and one bought in the Android app by Google Play: manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings, and ask Apple or Google for refunds. Memberships bought on chess.one can be managed in your account settings.

Account and data

You can delete your account at any time from account deletion. Read how we handle your data in the Privacy Policy, and the rules of the service in the Terms of Service.
